Our much‑loved Hagen Cinnamon Buns are now available for pre-order online.
Each batch is baked fresh to order in the Cotswolds and delivered to your selected bar.

After generous discussion (and even more generous tasting) with our founder’s mum, we’ve landed on a family recipe from Denmark. The Hagen Kanelsnegl are deeply spiced, softly layered, and cloaked in a rich chocolate glaze or crowned with the classic white icing.

Each order arrives with a mix of both icing flavours. Please place your orders 48 hours before collection.

About the buns

We’re delighted to collaborate with Blake’s Kitchen, an award-winning bakery with an uncompromising approach to quality and locally sourced ingredients. Their cinnamon bun was awarded Silver at the World Bread Awards, now making its way, to Hagen.
