How Can I Return My Order?

If a product you purchased online isn’t quite right, we are happy to assist with a return.

To begin a return, please contact us here. We will provide instructions for sending your item back. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

All returns should be made within 30 days of purchase, or 60 days for items purchased between 1 November and 31 December.

Please note that purchases made in-store cannot be returned online.
